- Cash flow position
- Delinquencies
- Balances of reserve accounts
- Reports comparing budgeted and actual expenses
- Establish and maintain current and historical property files of administrative importance.
- Assisting in communicating with legal counsel, local authorities, and government agencies.
- 24 hour on call service.
- Make service staff available for building maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance and structural issues.
- Prepare and recommend operating budgets.
- Billing, receiving and deposits of all revenue.
- Receive, review and approve all billings and make authorized expenditures.
- Make emergency expenditures.
- Establish accounting procedures including general ledger and monthly trial balances.
