5th Annual Condo Cup Classic

We had another very successful Condo Cup Classic Charity Golf Tournament on August 12, 2011 at Dutch Elm Golf Club!  We had 27 teams playing in the tournament this year.  This years tournament brought in $20,000 bringing our 5 year total to almost $120,000.

The recipients of this year's proceeds will include Caring Unlimited, Seeds of Hope, Hospice of Southern Maine in memory of Patricia Lord and the American Cancer Society in memory of Christina McGuire.

Many local vendors donated awesome prizes for the raffles.

Annual Condo Cup Classic Golf Tournament

Click Here To See Us On Face Book!

2007's 1st Annual Tournament took off with a bang! We were able to raise $5,000.00 for Caring Unlimited alone.  The winning team for the Cup was Sea Fields.

2008's 2nd Annual tournament was a huge success! We raised $8,000 for Caring Unlimited and the West Kennebunk Animal Welfare Society. The winning team for the Vendor Cup was MacKinnon Property Management while the winning team for the Condo Cup was High Seas Condominium. We look forward to doing this again next year so start warming up your swing and come on out to the green and join us!

2009-MacKinnon Property Management 3rd Annual Condo Cup Classic Golf Tournament was a success. Although a challenging year for both local businesses and personal contributors the 22 teams playing in the tournament was able to exceed 2008 Condo Cup contributions raising over $15,000 for local charities.

2010 - 4th Annual Condo Cup Classic was very successful this year with 120 participants making up 30 teams the tournament was able to raise $20,000 for local charities

2012-We look forward to The 6th Annual Condo Cup Classic in the near future. Please contact Mike MacKinnon if you would like to participate by playing or becoming a sponsor.  As a community we hope to exceed last years total to continue to assist the wonderful charities we have been so fortunate to in the past. Please check back for more information and updates.

A special thank you goes out to all the contributors that make this annual event possible.

Caring Unlimited Secret Santa

This past year the MacKinnon Property Management Team along with Clients, and Deering Lumber were Secret Santas for 3 families involved with Caring Unlimited. With the heartfelt efforts of all who gave and the behind the scenes organization we were able to provide each member of the families with all the items they had wished for. The office Christmas tree was surronded with gifts ranging from children's clothes and toys to gift certificates for local grocery stores, Department stores and gas cards.

Caring Unlimited provides help to women and children who have been displaced due to domestic violence in the home. We have adopted three of these families this year. The struggles many families encounter through-out the holiday season have been increased this year due to the declining economy. However we were able to provide the assistance needed for the three families we adopted this year. The appreciation of the families and the generosity of all who contributed are the true definition of the Christmas Spirit.

If you are intrested in joining the MacKinnon Property Management Team, Deering Team, and many others in supporting Caring Unlimited, next season, feel free to call the office and speak with Cynthia at 207-985-2776. She will be happy to assist you.  It's a wonderful feeling to be able to give back to our community and we hope you will join us again next season.
