Our program specializes in assisting your condominium association with the establishment of professional policies and procedures. We offer services from simply assisting your board of directors, to complete management programs. We can design a contract to fit your needs. - Oversight of the physical structures and well being of the property including all bookkeeping and management of common areas.
- Financial management of activities. Including the collection of any and all maintenance dues, payment to contractors for association services. Monthly and annual budget spreadsheets for the property are provided with receipts for work undertaken.
