Services for Condominium Associations
Our program specializes in assisting your condominium association with the establishment of professional policies and procedures. We offer services from simply assisting your board of directors, to complete management programs. We can design a contract to fit your needs. With MacKinnon Property Management, you will have easy access to contractor information and/or services, legal services and maintenance services.

Our Services Include:
A) Oversight of the physical structures and well being of the property including all bookkeeping and management of common areas.
B ) Financial management of activities. Including the collection of any and all maintenance dues, payment to contractors for association services. Monthly and annual budget spreadsheets for the property are provided with receipts for work undertaken.

- Assist in Preparation of Annual Meeting
- Maintain Files of Administrative Importance
- Assisting in Establishing, Maintaining and Enforcing Rules
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with legal council, local authorities, and government agencies.
- Establish Maintenance Standards
- Preserve or Improve Existing Amenities
- Provide Preventative Maintenance
- Provide an operating plan for:
- maintenance
- periodic tasks
- staffing
- outside contracted services
- emergency needs
- evaluation and reports
- Make recommendations for improvements and non-routine maintenance.
- Locate competitively priced sources for necessary routine maintenance, repair supplies, equipment and arrange for their purchase.
